Cancellation Policy

DEDICATED R&R Client Waiver & Health Declaration In making this booking, I confirm: Health Declaration I am 18 or older, voluntarily participating in cold immersion, sauna, and heat therapy, and physically fit and medically able to do so. These activities place physical stress on the body and may not suit everyone. I do not have any condition that may make participation unsafe, including but not limited to: heart/cardiovascular conditions; high or low blood pressure; respiratory conditions; epilepsy or seizure disorders; pregnancy; severe anxiety or panic disorders, or conditions aggravated by heat/cold; recent surgery, injury, or illness; or conditions causing dizziness, fainting, or loss of consciousness. If unsure of my suitability, it is my responsibility to seek medical advice before using the facilities. Assumption of Risk Participation may involve risks including dizziness, nausea, dehydration, shortness of breath, slips, trips or falls, blood pressure changes, muscle cramps, loss of consciousness, injury, or rare serious medical events. I voluntarily assume all risks and accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from my use of the facilities. Facility Rules I agree to follow all safety instructions on-site, use equipment responsibly and at my own risk, exit any therapy immediately if I feel unwell, avoid the facilities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or impairing substances, respect the facility and other guests, shower before using the sauna or cold plunge, and follow recommended exposure times. Dedicated R&R is a self-guided facility and staff may not always be present; I accept full responsibility for using it safely and within my personal limits. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, participation is voluntary, and Dedicated R&R, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and partners are not liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, claim, or cause of action from my use of the facilities, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Dedicated R&R accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to belongings on the premises. Agreement I have read and understood this waiver in full, understand the risks involved, voluntarily agree to participate, and accept all terms above.
