Last Updated: 3 July 2026

At Dedicated Rest & Recovery, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and professional environment where every member can enjoy the benefits of our recovery services. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards expected of all members, visitors, employees, and contractors while using our facilities.

By attending or participating in any session at Dedicated Rest & Recovery, you agree to comply with the standards set out below.

1. Inclusivity and Respect
At Dedicated Rest & Recovery, dignity and respect are fundamental. We maintain zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or bullying based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or religious belief. Every person is entitled to a safe recovery environment.

2. Personal Boundaries and Privacy
Members must respect the physical and emotional space of others. Physical contact without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the privacy of other members must be upheld at all times.

3. Professionalism
We expect all members and guests to maintain a professional demeanor. Follow the instructions and guidance of our recovery specialists and staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for all participants.

4. Safe Use of Facilities
Exercise equipment and recovery facilities must be used exactly as intended. If you are unsure how to operate a device, please ask a staff member. Report any hazards or damaged equipment immediately to maintain the safety of the collective.

5. Substance-Free Environment
To support an effective recovery journey, our facilities are strictly alcohol and drug-free. Possession, use, or distribution of illicit substances or unprescribed medications within the premises is strictly forbidden.

6. Zero Tolerance for Harassment
We provide a sanctuary for mental health and physical recovery. Any form of harassment, including verbal threats, physical intimidation, or unwelcomed sexual advances, will lead to immediate expulsion and termination of membership.

7. Confidentiality of Peers
The shared journeys and experiences of fellow members are private. Disclosing sensitive information overheard or observed within Dedicated Rest & Recovery sessions is a violation of trust and this Code of Conduct.

8. Compliance and Reporting
Non-compliance with facility rules or staff directives may result in restricted access. We encourage members to report any violations of this Code to management immediately to preserve the integrity of our center.
